Sopressa has a soft dough consistency and a strong flavour, perfect for preparing sandwiches or traditional dishes, such as pairing it with mushrooms and polenta. The 100% Italian pork meat is stuffed into natural casings and minced in a medium-grain meat grinder, creating a product that retains all the authentic flavor of the Friulian tradition.

Salumificio Del Ben is committed to ensuring that each sopressa is produced with care, maintaining the authenticity and quality that distinguish the typical products of Friuli Venezia Giulia. This sausage does not contain artificial preservatives other than E252 and does not derive from GMOs, ensuring a genuine and safe product for the consumer.
