The Soppressa Friulana La Glacere represents the quintessence of the artisanal tradition of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Produced with the finest cuts of pork , this typical cured meat is stuffed into natural casings and tied by hand with string, following methods handed down from generation to generation. Production takes place in the historic village of Sopracastello, where the breeze from the Alps mixes with the sea air of the Adriatic, creating ideal conditions for a unique seasoning.
