Blasonato Friulano Blason Wines is a wine that expresses the true essence of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Produced with 100% Tocai Friulano grapes , from the company's historic vineyards, this wine has an intense straw yellow color and an aromatic bouquet of white peach, almond, pear and thyme . On the palate, it is fresh and complex , perfect for pairing with traditional Friulian dishes such as San Daniele prosciutto , local salami, fish and fresh and mature cheeses.

The grapes are harvested manually in the second ten days of September, and the winemaking process respects the traditions of the territory, with a light maceration of the grapes at low temperature and controlled fermentation. The wine is then refined on the lees until late spring, with frequent "batonnage" that gives structure and depth to the final product. Blasonato Friulano is a versatile and elegant wine.
