Vale - Pinot Grigio Ramato by Blason Wines is a refined and complex wine.

On the nose, it offers delicate floral notes of hawthorn, broom, acacia and pear, enriched by mineral and hay scents . Its pale pink color, obtained through a light maceration of the grapes , makes it unique. On the palate, it is dry, with a pleasant citrus tone , a light bitterness and a broad structure. Perfect to accompany risotto, shellfish and white meats.

Produced with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, grown on calcareous and pebbly soils, rich in iron oxides, this wine is obtained without the addition of sulphites. The vinification involves a fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve the integrity of the fruit and obtain a fresh and authentic product, typical of the Friulian winemaking tradition.
