Terra - Blason Wines

Terra Blason Wines is a still white wine produced from selected grapes of Istrian Malvasia and Renano Riesling , it stands out for its intense golden yellow color with amber reflections.

On the nose, complex notes of ripe fruit, honey, wood and vanilla are perceived, which blend harmoniously thanks to the refinement in barrique . On the palate, the wine is sweet, but balanced, with a freshness that makes it versatile, perfect to accompany aged cheeses, blue cheeses or pâtés .

Grown on calcareous and stony soils, the grapes benefit from the unique terroir of this region, giving the wine a complex minerality . The harvest is done by hand between September and October, ensuring that only the best bunches are selected. The vinification takes place in barriques with frequent batonnage, to enrich the wine with structure and character.
