GUBANA 450 GR

An artisanal recipe from the Natisone Valleys, for the Friulians Gubana has been the dessert of festive days for centuries. Made with leavened dough, with a delicious filling of sultanas, walnuts, hazelnuts and pine nuts, flavored with rum and grappa.

GUBANA PEARLS

A very tasty format of the classic dessert, small portions excellent as a refined snack or to accompany coffee, but also at the end of the meal, with a drop of mountain grappa. Gr. 300

PUTIZA

Putiza or potizza Tissi is a typical Slovenian dessert. Also well known in the Karst area between Gorizia and Trieste. Filled with raisins, dried fruit and spices, this dessert has become a national specialty of Slovenia for some years. Gr. 400

MAKE-UPS

Typical artisanal sweets made of leavened dough with a rich filling of dried fruit. Always excellent and fragrant, because they are mixed with natural ingredients and without preservatives. Not fried. Gr. 225

BLECS

Blecs are a type of artisanal short pasta typical of Friuli Venezia Giulia, proposed here by Tissi with the addition of buckwheat to the dough. Tissi produces them with the freshest materials , so that they are ready for cooking in just a few minutes .

LEISURE CUTTERS

Typical artisanal pasta, made with buckwheat flour, semolina, corn flour and eggs. With their rough pastry they are ideal for rich sauces. Cooking times are really short, just 2-3 minutes in boiling water. Gr. 250

BLUEBERRY RISOTTO

Very tasty risotto in a practical bag ready to cook, with superfine Italian carnaroli rice and chopped and sliced porcini mushrooms. Gr. 250

FARMER BARLEY

Barley typical of the peasant tradition, with sausage, sliced courgettes, peas, carrots and pumpkin. Gr. 250

POLENTA WITH PORCINI MUSHROOMS

The tradition of polenta with the added taste of porcini mushrooms, ideal as a side dish for rich meat dishes or even simply as an appetizer. Gr.250

BROVADA

A traditional Friulian dish, brovada is made from the processing of purple collared turnips, fermented in vats, together with the pomace, for about 40 days. It has a strong flavour, which pairs perfectly with cotechini, zamponi and boiled meats. Gr. 700

MANDI MANDI BLONDE AGRICULTURAL BEER

Mandi beer produced with an artisanal method, top fermented, not filtered or pasteurized. The light sediment present is the result of the natural and traditional process of refermentation in the bottle. Blonde, IPA and amber. 0.50 g x 3 bottles
