The Boiled Meat Selection is designed to give character to boiled meat with a trio of organic accompaniments that play on acidity, spice, and sweet-spicy flavors , enhancing the delicacy of the meat without overpowering it. Green tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil add a bold crunch and a tart note thanks to the cold marinade , perfect for cleansing the palate and balancing richer cuts. The apple and onion chutney adds a sweet and sour and aromatic profile (ginger, black pepper, citrus zest) ideal for creating elegant contrasts and enhancing every bite. Finally, the sweet and spicy chili pepper cream with lemon brings an intense and citrusy finish, perfect for those who love a bold accompaniment: a complete set to transform boiled meat into a gourmet dish, with locally sourced raw materials and the “Io Sono FVG” brand.

Organic green tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil, 220g:
The green tomatoes, harvested with the first chilly autumn days from their mountain plots, are finely chopped and cold-marinated in a delicate blend of wine vinegar, before being packaged in premium extra virgin olive oil. The flavor of the tomatoes is enhanced by a "concia" of capers and spices such as chili pepper, oregano, and garlic. The flavor is pleasant, and the oregano, capers, and chili pepper lend a typically Mediterranean note. The tomatoes are crispy and have a distinctive acidic note, thanks to the special cold-marinating process.

Ingredients: Organic green tomatoes 66%, organic extra virgin olive oil 31%, organic wine vinegar, organic capers, sea salt, organic oregano, organic garlic, organic chilli pepper.

Organic Apple and Onion Chutney, Orange Peel, Ginger and Black Pepper, 140g:
This fruit and vegetable spread, with sweet and sour notes, was born from the owner's passion for creating a product inspired by the Orient but using local ingredients. Thus was born this apple and onion chutney, flavored with ground black pepper, fresh ginger, and orange zest, with a delicate and spicy flavor. The blend of different ingredients used in this preparation makes the product unique and distinctive. On the palate, the flavors of the onion, combined with that of the apple, give the mixture an extremely balanced and harmonious taste. The light sweet and sour note comes from the naturally fermented apple cider vinegar. The coarsely ground black pepper and ginger, combined with the orange and lemon zest, give the spread a pleasant and distinctive flavor.

Wild garlic cream, 130g:
Wild garlic cream (Allium ursinum), harvested wild in the scrubland of the Friulian foothills. This preparation uses the leaves of young shoots, characterized by an intense and persistent flavor. The cream is cold-processed, adding extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and salt, resulting in a product with exceptional organoleptic qualities. Wild garlic is a wild herb that grows only in certain soil and climate zones, in humid scrubland at medium altitudes. This herb is characterized by a unique aroma and flavor, which is preserved thanks to the cold-processing process.

Ingredients: Wild garlic (Allium ursinum) 63%, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt.

These preserves have obtained the "Io Sono FVG" Product Brand , established by AgrifoodFVG, which characterizes products made with mainly regional raw materials, produced by companies that operate in a transparent, supportive and conscious manner , respecting the territory to which they belong.

The vegetables in this product are packaged in premium-quality organic extra virgin olive oil and come exclusively from the farm's mountain plots. The processing involves the use of typical summer vegetables , grown on the farm without artificial heat sources, using only the light and warmth of the sun.

All ingredients come from controlled and certified organic crops, GMO-free by CCPB srl.
