Cabernet Franc 2021 - De Claricini

Discover the Cabernet Franc 2021 DOC Friuli from Cantina De Claricini , a wine that reflects the authenticity of Friuli Venezia Giulia . This red grape variety, among the most widespread in the region, has found an ideal habitat here since the early decades of the 1800s, when it was introduced from France.

Our Cabernet Franc is produced with 100% Cabernet Franc grapes, harvested manually in boxes, choosing only the healthiest bunches. Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C. This process preserves the classic characteristics of the vine, giving life to a wine with a ruby red color tending towards purple, with an intense and herbaceous aroma.

On the palate, the wine is herbaceous, appropriately tannic and harmonious, ideal for accompanying roasted red meats, braised meats and game. Its full flavor harmonizes perfectly with mature cheeses and cured meats. Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C to enhance all its qualities.
