Discover the Cabernet Franc 2022 from Cantina Vini Brojli Aquileia , an intense ruby red wine typical of the lands of Aquileia , in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia . This wine is characterized by a delicate herbaceous aroma, with notes of pepper, small berries and green pepper.
On the palate, Cabernet Franc offers a herbaceous taste, with medium body and a lively freshness that never makes it too heavy. Perfect to accompany pork, lamb, tasty stews, vegetarian pastas and young cheeses, it offers a unique tasting experience.
The grapes are grown on predominantly clayey soils and are harvested according to the specifications, with fermentation and maturation in stainless steel barrels at a controlled temperature. Frequent pumping over for three weeks guarantees optimal extraction of color and aromas from the skins.
