Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 - De Claricini

The Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 DOC Friuli from Cantina Vini de Claricini is a wine that combines elegance and longevity, typical of Friuli Venezia Giulia . Originally from the Bordeaux area in France, this vine has found an ideal environment in our region.

The grapes, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon , are harvested manually in boxes, choosing only the healthiest bunches. Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at a controlled temperature of 26-28°C, followed by refinement in small French oak barrels for 6 months.

At sight, the wine has a beautiful, intense, deep ruby red color. On the nose, it offers an intense and fruity aroma, with notes of small fruits and subtle herbaceous accents. On the palate, it is intense, velvety and long-lasting.

Perfect to accompany red meat dishes, braised meats, mature cheeses and cold cuts. The optimal serving temperature is 16-18°C.
