Friulano DOC - Paradise

Discover the Friulano DOC Paradiis , an excellence of Friuli Venezia Giulia that embodies the art and passion of local viticulture. This still white wine, produced by the historic Paradiis company, founded at the end of the 19th century by Angelo Veritti and today led by the young winemaker Emiliano Subacchi, is a perfect example of the quality and tradition of the region.

Friulano DOC Paradiis has a deep and crystalline straw yellow colour, denoting fruity, floral and hay scents on the nose, with notes of flint and sulphur. On the palate, it offers a good aromatic persistence with a slightly almond aftertaste , making it a pleasant and harmonious wine.

The Paradiis winery, located in Paradiso, near Udine and Lignano Sabbiadoro, grows its vineyards on an area of 25 hectares. Here, in an ideal microclimate, the grapes ripen optimally, guaranteeing the maximum expression of the terroir. The manual harvest and refinement in steel and bottle ensure a high quality product, respectful of the environment and tradition.

This wine is excellent with any type of starter and medium-aged cheeses. It also pairs perfectly with first courses such as broths or soups, cold cuts and, in particular, with San Daniele raw ham. It finds its maximum expression with fish and shellfish appetizers, at any time of the meal. Serve chilled at a temperature of 12-14°C to fully appreciate all the aromatic nuances.
