Friulano Valchiaro is a wine that represents the essence of Friuli Venezia Giulia , a region renowned for its winemaking excellence. Produced with passion by the Valchiaro farm, this wine is the jewel in the crown of local tradition.

Friulano Valchiaro has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, fine and delicate. On the nose, it offers an intense aroma with hints of wild flowers and the characteristic note of bitter almond in the aftertaste. On the palate, the wine is fresh and harmonious, with a good aromatic persistence.

The Valchiaro winery, located in Torreano di Cividale, is known for its dedication to quality and tradition. The grapes, grown on gravelly and light soils, benefit from an ideal microclimate for viticulture. The harvest is manual, and the winemaking techniques include soft destemming, cleaning of the must by decantation, fermentation at a controlled temperature (17-18°C) and maturation in stainless steel and glass.

Friulano Valchiaro is perfect as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with appetizers, San Daniele raw ham, fish, dry or broth-based first courses. Serve chilled at a temperature of 12-14°C to fully appreciate its aromatic nuances.
