Friulano 2022 - De Claricini wines

Flag wine of Friuli Venezia Giulia . It is an indigenous vine of very ancient origins.

Until 2007 its name was Tocai Friulano but following a ruling by the European Court the name became Friulano .

Straw color with greenish hues.

Pleasant delicate scent reminiscent of wild flowers and green apples .

The grapes used come 100% from the Friulian vine and the harvest is done manually by choosing healthy grapes.

The winemaking temperature is 18 °C and the wine is bottled 6 months after the harvest.

On the palate it is soft , dry , medium-bodied and delicately bitter with a persistent finish.

To be paired with lean appetizers , cold cuts , broths , pasta , fish and white meats , excellent with ham .

The optimal serving temperature is 12-14°C .
