Verduzzo Friulano Valchiaro is a typical sweet white wine that embodies the tradition and elegance of Friuli Venezia Giulia . This native white wine, grown in the Eastern Hills, finds a particularly favorable environment in this region which enhances its organoleptic qualities.

With its fascinating amber color, Verduzzo Friulano Valchiaro stands out for its sweet but not cloying taste, persistent on the palate. On the nose, it offers complex aromas of ripe fruit, such as peach and apricot, accompanied by notes of honey and barley sweets.

The harvest is carried out manually, carefully selecting the best bunches. After harvesting, the grapes are left to ripen in ideal conditions to enhance all the natural aromas. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, maintaining the purity and quality of the wine.

Verduzzo Friulano Valchiaro is perfect to accompany blue cheeses such as Gorgonzola, Roquefort, Stilton and Castelmagno , but also pairs beautifully with dry pastries. The recommended serving temperature is 14°C to fully appreciate its aromatic nuances.
